While we aim to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee that:

product colors will match exactly due to monitor differences,
packaging may be updated by manufacturers,
minor cosmetic variations will not exist.

Many models contain small or delicate parts and are not toys unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

modify or discontinue products,
limit quantities,
cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable or pricing errors occur.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

suspected fraud,
unauthorized resale,
incorrect billing information.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

carriers,
customs,
weather,
incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the limited, collectible, and fragile nature of our aircraft models, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions, scales, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

If you have questions about a model prior to ordering, contact us and we will be happy to help.

We do not offer refunds for:

buyer’s remorse,
incorrect scale selection,
minor manufacturer paint or packaging variations,
issues occurring after delivery.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of:

the product,
packaging,
shipping label.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
